Update some docs
Remove the version-increment test. For some PRs (like this one) there is no new version that needs to be pushed to pypi.
Host a CSV of examples, rather than coding the list in python. This CSV can also be what we load into Refinery, and should be filled in with more examples as we continue.

Will go ahead and merge so I can reference the URL of the csv, but critiques still welcome.
