Support for Refinery 2.1.0 #45

Is there a branch that supports refinery 2.1.0?

Any plans for 2.1.0 support? Anybody have an idea what it would take?

A version that works with refinery 2.1.0 would be most welcome.

There are a couple of forks which have been modified to support RefineryCMS 2.1.1. The most active seems to be the one by @danielres but it doesn't seem to work out-of-the-box. +1 for an official release

Please ignore the fork intended to work with Refinery 2.1, I didn't have time to put into this and it's not working.

The branch I use currently is the one named refinerycms-2.0 (https://github.com/danielres/refinerycms-calendar/commits/refinerycms-2.0).

It implements some nice additions to the original refinerycms-calendar, which make it similar to the 1.0 version of refinerycms-calendar: support for i18n, categorization and attaching an image to an event.

This branch may be a good starting point to consider for a 2.1.0 compatible calendar, as these features as almost required for a calendar IMHO (in fact, they were present in refinerycms-calendar 1.0 and haven't been ported to the 2.0 version).
