Problem definition vocabulary test case: explore merging namespaces of common analysis packages (e.g. Refl1D and BornAgain to begin)

@pkienzle has a nearly-complete implementation of a serialized model language for refl1d. Still need to compare to what is in BornAgain. An example is posted in https://github.com/reflectivity/analysis/blob/master/model_language/freeform.json
