This has already begun as one of the "info" pages under the ORSO main page (copied from A. Rennie's page), but maintenance and scope should be figured out

@arm61 is making a video that will help members that have never used github or github pages to contribute to the editing and maintenance of web resources, including this list

As discussed in #27 and #28 and #42 there is a general need for more specific, detailed information on the capabilities of the existing analysis packages, as well as a place to put a "wishlist" for prioritizing future development.
