Adapt othello/default.nix for reflex-0-4 #11

Unfortunately, yesterday I missed to adapt the file othello/default.nix. I do not use nix, therefore I was not able to really test it! How do I specify, that it should use a version of reflex-dom >= 0.4 ? Many thanks! Roland

With nix, the package versions are specified separately, in whatever code would invoke this nix file - e.g. reflex-platform. So you don't have to worry about it :)
