Allow GHC 8.10 #28

Probably needs https://github.com/reflex-frp/reflex-vty/pull/48 to be released before it will pass 8.10.1 CI

Also requires release of reflex-process and reflex-fsnotify, but it will build with the as-yet-unreleased versions of those.
