Bump versions #7

I'm not sure why this package depends on transformers.

This looks like it omits 9.0.2 and 9.2.1 - do you think there's anything in the way to prevent them other than version bounds?

I just did the minimum required to build with GHC 8.10.7. I don't expect it to be very difficult to support 9.0.2 and 9.2.1.

Fair enough, I'm doing a build at the moment so shall fork off of yours if I encounter anything else that needs changing.

Actually, it turns out that reflex itself doesn't build on >= 9, so that ought to be addressed first.

I see no reason why this can't go in beforehand however.
