Feature request: ability to Perform IO actions in GlossApp #8

This is currently beyond my understanding of the Reflex framework (and all of this many arms and legs) to do myself, but I need to be able to perform some IO operations within the GlossApp network.

I believe this requires that the PerformEvent t m constraint be added and implemented in the main play function.
