What was the reason for this bump?

I forget what @luigy said (he was out at the time so didn't want to pester him too much) but I think some bug fix upstream? The difference was not massive just a little bit of handwritten javascript if I recall directly.

this bump fixes a runtime error (primops related) that came up from one of cardano packages
