Translate the RAI whitepaper from English to Italian.

Submission Requirements

Submit the translation in both .pdf and .docx formats.

Should i format the page as well? If so, is there a copy of the docx or latex originals?

Sorry if i'm being irksome, but i wanted to ask, since the bounty a is contest, does it work such that whoever finishes first gets the money, or whoever writes the best translation gets the bounty?

Do the final .docx and .pdf documents need to be shared in a github repository?
