Translate the RAI whitepaper from English to Tagalog.

Submit the translation in both .pdf and .docx formats.

I wil translate it to tagalog, am conversant with the language. 2) jhdcruz has started work.

Retain words that are non-existent in tagalog.

There are some English words that doesn't exist in Tagalog, therefore, some words might be retained/untranslated, this shouldn't be a problem since it is commonly known that some English words doesn't exist in Tagalog, and English words are used instead.

Intentionally retain some english words.

Some words can be translated but will possibly be retained because it will bring more confusion, or the topic/word is too specific to the whitepaper and forcefully translating it leads to more confusion.
Ex: "Governance Ice Age" which can be translated to:
- "Panahon ng Yelo sa Pamamahala"
- "Panahon ng Taglamig sa Pamamahala" Which doesn't really make sense and leads to more confusion rather than clarification about the product.

Translate words but accompanied with their original words for some unique words.

Some words will be translated but their original words will be retained and kept inside a parenthesis, this is to make sure that there will be no confusion between the meaning that differs slightly (ex. consensus)
