Dependabot couldn't parse the reflex_aws_s3_versioning_disabled.tf found at /reflex_aws_s3_versioning_disabled.tf.

The error Dependabot encountered was:

unable to parse HCL: At 27:17: Unknown token: 27:17 IDENT var.sns_topic_arn

Dependabot doesn't yet support HCL2, which is the cause of this error.
