Case SLA isn't updating #481

Using v2023.09.28-rc0

Case SLA isn't getting updated and remains the same even after 20 days. As per https://github.com/reflexsoar/reflex-api/issues/254, assuming there is an SLA monitoring service and option to create SLA policies. Unfortunately, I couldn't find an option for it in UI.

Is there any workaround for this, or can we create the required policies via API?

The Case SLA system does not exist yet. It was slated for a case management 2.0 overhaul but that got shelved for a bit for other priorities

Okay, Will it be a part of any upcoming releases?

Not in this calendar years roadmap sadly, unless someone sponsors the feature or we finish our roadmap early.
