The Case SLA system does not exist yet. It was slated for a case management 2.0 overhaul but that got shelved for a bit for other priorities

Case SLA isn't getting updated and remains the same even after 20 days. As per #254https://github.com/reflexsoar/reflex-api/issues/254, assuming there is an SLA monitoring service and option to create SLA policies. Unfortunately, I couldn't find an option for it in UI.

Is there any workaround for this, or can we create the required policies via API?

Okay, Will it be a part of any upcoming releases?
Not in this calendar years roadmap sadly, unless someone sponsors the feature or we finish our roadmap early.
