Point to #flux room on Reactiflux #469

Discord has bad channel management, and as the #reflux room doesn't see much traffic, we're trying to point users where they're more likely to get some kind of answer. Also make it an instant join link so they're directed directly to the room.

I think this is a good idea. Are we willing to say that the #reflux channel is dead? @vcarl do run that discord community? Lastly, are we positive that invite doesn't expire?

@devinivy Yep, I specifically set that invite to be indefinite. I help mod Reactiflux, #reflux gets a message every few days and generally questions aren't getting answered. Given that, plus that the number of channels (and that you have to mute them individually in order to hide them), the benefits to moving discussion to #flux outweigh the negatives of having multiple projects in a single room.

I defer to you here as a moderator of Reactiflux– pulling this in! In the future hopefully a refluxjs channel would be active enough to be worthwhile :)
