Make a command that has sub commands and can modify user data.

e.g

/usermanage view - shows data on user
/usermanage modify <credits> <permissionLevel> <blacklisted> - modifies specified user data
/usermanage purge - purges user orders
/usermanage resetdaily - reset daily timer
