kmc3 #2

Hi, I have already installed kmc3 in my path and I would like to use it instead of the kmc2 that comes with the reckoner source code. I do not think the actual command line options have changed that much. I tried changing the define.hpp file to call : "kmc" instead of "./kmc" in linux, but it has not worked. Do you have any suggestions?

Already solved it by replacing the kmc binaries in the reckoner/bin directory with the precompiled binaries of kmc3. It would be nice to be able to compile from scratch though. Regards,

I suggest to also replace files in kmc_dir/kmc_api by the ones available in KMC 3.

Currently we are working on the full integration of RECKONER with KMC 3.

KMC 3 is available in RECKONER since version 1.1.
