tex: Tigrinya can only be set using translations using latin-letters

We need to evaluate what fonts are supporting Tigrinya.

i.e. EthiopiaJiret supports only latin letters - arabic text is not set

First we need to work out this one (split+join of columns) https://github.com/refugee-phrasebook/backendscripts/issues/2 when joining Tigrinya-column we can add a \begin{tigrinya} xyz \end{tigrinya}
