different languages need different environments.

idea of naming prefix and suffix (where LANG=iso-code) pre_tex_LANG suf_tex_LANG delim_tex

and to catch up mediawiki-syntax pre_mw_LANG suf_mw_LANG delim_mw

this makes joining columns easier
