sh/tex add suffix to iso-639-3 line expressing the phonetic version #44

add _PHONETIC to the iso-mappings so we can parse for the phonetic expressions of the language (language + underline + PHONETIC)

eg: ara -> ara_PHONETIC

this way we can typeset the ara version with a different prefix/suffix (using Arabic-Letters) and the ara_PHONETIC using Latin-Letters
