Wider than 700 px width frames need a nicer /Categories view #27

Examples of how to improve this

Keep the max width and center the content and add a nice background
Use the whole/large part of the frame Create more transitions and use different sized pics
Use the whole/large part of the frame with relative measures instead of px and use high resolution images
Other proposals?

@Ozcino Lets wait until we have all the high resolution assets ready to be implemented for the /Categories view: _mainmenu- media education info employment housing language health social
