Use a CDN service for all static asset

We need to find a good enough CDN service provider for upload static assets

• [ ] Find and test a couple of service providers
• [ ] Update all project with the links for the static assets

This has been resolved by @irony in commit https://github.com/refugeetech/MigHub/commit/19f9b57a02e56d10f84fb139e6c4706501879313

We will serve the content directly from the app (www/img folder).

We need to update the content in the cms with relative links based on a folder structure for projects assets yet to be announced.
