Sort Order Of Categories #48

Description

We need to be able to sort the Categories:

The proposed sort order is like follows: Information Social Jobb Language Education Media & Communication Housing Health

The sort order is based loosely on the following:

  1. Greatest Demand
  2. Greatest capability of serving the demand

Also the following might be added:

  1. Number of apps/projects added to favorites (#49)
