When on small screens Make the detailed App take up the whole screen #88

Description

Before commit https://github.com/refugeetech/MigHub/commit/ca6272a67a893eae49649110579cd6543a16321f fixing the popup size on desktop screens the popup looked great on mobile screens by taking up the whole screen.

Todo

Condition the popup to look like before when on small screens and like in commit https://github.com/refugeetech/MigHub/commit/ca6272a67a893eae49649110579cd6543a16321f when on big screens
