XDI.esm cannot be enabled from the in-game Mods menu #2

This is because the in-game mod menu automatically disables mods that do not have Fallout4.esm as a masterfile when the mod menu is loaded.

To fix: specify Fallout4.esm as a masterfile for XDI.esm.
