Senate website 2023 re-design #11

Hello there, it's been a while,

I don't know if this project is still used somewhere, but it doesn't support the new version of www.senat.fr.

Let me know if help is needed on that matter. We've worked on it at @contexte, we could have some ideas.

Hello David and sorry for the late reply. The full rebranding of the Senate website had a lot of impact on our different scrapers and we didn't have any time to work on it as of today. If you have insights or proposals for pull requests, do not hesitate :)
