Cleanup logs (first batch)

[x] fix the "REGRESSION DURING MERGE " warnings not caught in each text parsing's logs
[x] fix last line (content of Exception) not printed in individual text parsing's log file
[x] add a quiet option to parse_many for crons that only outputs something like :
