[amendements] Glitch when selecting the first amendment of a subject in 2-columns mode #162

Only in the multicolumn mode, when one selects the first amendment of a row, it shifts weirdly the row of about one pixel, as if the added border was shifting everything else. Selecting the following ones makes it back to the proper styling
