[CLI] Installing Alice/LG dependencies is impossible in headless mode #111

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If a user installs Blender and Alice/LG on a remote machine, it is impossible to install the dependencies without the Blender UI.

Describe the solution you'd like A separate --install-python-dependencies command should be provided.

Added the new command line argument --alicelg-install.
