[PyPI colorIO] There is a python implementation for OpenColorIO #43

Note for later:

I discovered that there is a python package called "colorio" which enables colorspace transformations and seems to use numpy. That might be useful to work around the current Blender limitations with respect to colorspace manipulations.

Since the patch by Gottfried was implemented in Blender, this is not required anymore starting from Blender 3.0.
