Simplify key-bindings #1

It would be good if you could

  1. Add to the key-bindings of the console, for extended functionality, such as the "show source" and "show slide numbers" of Landslide.
  2. Get a list of existing key-bindings and descriptions, to show a temporary "help" when opening the presentation or have a help-popup.

Part 2 is done since a long time. Showing source perhaps doesn't make any sense. I'll make "Show slide numbers" as a separate issue, I know somebody wanted that, although I'm not sure it's even possible.
