Add support for hashicorp vault #4

Hi 👋🏽

I'm looking to run a cardano node with k8s and this looks like a great project.

We don't use Azure and would like to integrate hashicorp vault for secret management.

Sure. I recently certified Vault skills with Hashicorp and I can certainly add support for Vault in the Cardano Chart.

Sounds good. But, what kind of sponsorship are you expecting here?

My organisation doesn't want it, sadly, but I can't be the only person that uses Hashicorp Vault on my home lab K8S clusters on the weekends. I'm happy to chip in a few ADA if you want to put it out for crowdfunding somehow.

I expect the main questions sponsors are going to expect realistic answers to will be - how long do you expect it to take? how much would you expect to be remunerated for your time? given your workload, when would you expect to be able to deliver it?

To be fair, if it's only going to take you a couple of hours and you only expect a few ADA, I might even be able to cover the whole cost.
