Group weights may be token balances #75

Group member weights may be derived from the magnitude of personal holdings (similar to current token-weighted voting in the gov module) or from the relative contributions made to the group (like Moloch DAO).

Great. feel free to close then. Looking over the readme I just wasn't sure.

No let's keep it open. It doesn't support it yet but it was designed with that in mind. We just need to add support for "denom groups".
