Add support for viewing proposal messages that update a group #111

We have UI components for messages that we use when reviewing a proposal before hitting submit. We reuse these components in the proposal page when viewing a proposal but we have not added support for the new group messages.

We should reuse the existing UI components for new group messages (same as we do for other supported messages):
