Add nft module to app wiring #341

Summary

The x/nft module is being implemented in cosmos-sdk and will be released as a standalone module. When the module is ready, we should consider wiring up the module within the application.

Converting this issue from an epic to a standard issue. We should simply wire up the NFT module when ready.
