CI reporting errors but showing as successful

Sometimes the CI checks are marked as successful while some errors are actually reported there. This could be related to the fact that the errors are not actual SHACL validation errors but:

• errors in the SHACL graphs, with missing property shapes for instance, as in https://github.com/regen-network/regen-registry-standards/actions/runs/6034546276/job/16373131939?pr=68
• parsing errors in the jsonld's to validate, as in https://github.com/regen-network/regen-registry-standards/actions/runs/6070047745/job/16465384375
