Onboarding modals are too small #860

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Modals for main CTA buttons are too small on: https://registry.regen.network/ https://registry.regen.network/land-stewards https://registry.regen.network/buyers https://registry.regen.network/create-methodology possibly elsewhere

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to registry.regen.network
  2. Click on "Register a Project" button
  3. Bug: Modal is very small (height-wise).

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. Modal should be around 2/3 the height of the screen (try to match what it used to be)
