Change app url from registry.regen.network to app.regen.network

Need redirects for all the current pages

does this mean we want to change the URL for the registry back-end as well? or that can stay as is? i.e. at present we use these domains:

• api.registry.regen.network
• api-staging.registry.regen.network

would we want those to become the following?

• api.app.regen.network
• api-staging.app.regen.network

app.regen.network has been added for the registry as an alias. when we are ready to make that the primary site we can mark it as such:

• make sure the new domain is added in any allow lists (ex. CORS in sanity)
• merge PR above and make sure that redirect is working (make sure this is an OK behavior)
