Make modifications to the roles in the project create/edit form #1504

Currently the Project Roles form doesn't take advantage of the Keplr login and user profiles.

We should update it so that when adding a project developer or a verifier, the user can in particular search for a name or wallet address and select a profile from the results

@blushi I'm fine with 5, I was hesitating.

yeah I put 5 because the current RoleField might need some larger rework and also we should probably migrate the RolesForm to react-hook-form

turning this into an 8 since it'll involve also some back-end work to implement a custom query to look for parties with name or wallet address that look like the user input
