Implement changes to buyers page

In order to support marketing/sales, we need to revamp the buyer's page.

Change header image / content
Add "Ecological credits you can trust" section to the top of the page (this is very similar to the top section on the land stewards page)
Replace images/text in the value proposition section (Invest in high-quality digital ecological credits, etc.) and add an optional button in the CMS
Implement the "Purchase ecological credits via our concierge sales" section with the custom cards. These cards we may want to use on the app, so they should be in the shared section of the CMS.
Show City Forest credits in the projects section, make this so that it is easy to select the projects that appear on this page via the CMS.
Add partner carousel to this page, should be customizable per page because we will want a different header / logos on the homepage vs. this page. We may also want to use this on the app so this should be a shared section in the CMS.
Add another button to the bottom section currently being used for the FAQ. "View look book" links here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uCu2zkGqkSfNNK3TzjdslFBpcYpx0y-T/view. "Schedule a meeting" link is coming soon, Sarah will provide.
