Do you have a solution that integrates both cms + translations @blushi ? Seems like contentful + phrase could provide that right?

Yes indeed, Contentful and Phrase can work quite well together along with i18next as described in this article: https://medium.com/i18n-and-l10n-resources-for-developers/headless-cms-localization-with-phrase-and-contentful-84c5b672b392

Basically, it's working the following way: in the CMS (here Contentful), instead of adding the actual content, use the key that is used in your translation mgmt system (here Phrase). But this could be potentially replicated with other CMS/translations tools. Contentful integration with Phrase provides in addition a nice UI for wiring it up with a particular Phrase project and an autocomplete feature when you're searching for a key name (see "Adding Our Phrase Keys to Contentful Content" section of the article in particular).
