Requirements:

• We'd like to be able to upload the documents to docusign and add the signature locations, and call those forms dynamically based on user input into the onboarding (for example, if the project developer and land owner are the same, then they don't need to sign the contract between the project developer and land owner)
• We might need 3 people signing a single document
• Automate sending documents in email afterwards
• See if it's possible to replace the Docusign signing with PKI signing generated on Ledger in the future

Questions:

• Ideally have automated signing for Regen (whether we add just the date, or the signature and the date). Is this possible? We can also do a manual review initially
• Can we just use a plug and play document UI? Do they have such a thing?

There is a distinction between what docusign does and a true pubkey digital signature. Docusign is more suited for the current state of things. True digital signatures are the hypothetical future.

I am not sure I would call it the hypothetical future. :). True digital signatures are the future we are creating.
