Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently these's no prettier/eslint config in https://github.com/regen-network/registry-server

Describe the solution you'd like We should add prettier/eslint as dev dependencies and add some corresponding config similar to https://github.com/regen-network/regen-web
