Add links to Regen Registry portfolio page instead of block explorer from regen addresses across app

Right now, all the regen addresses across the app (i.e. in the credit batch tables), link to the block explorer instead of the account page on Regen Registry. Let's link those to the Registry account page in same window/tab.

Also, add link to recipient portfolio on Regen Registry from send confirmation popup:

• https://monosnap.com/file/EXcx5eUOMBCrLK8NE9EyIwjmCuD31h
• The recipient address would ideally be truncated as well.

@erikalogie in other places of the app, we link regen addresses to the corresponding account page on the block explorer (eg Credit Batches on home page), should we update that as well to link to the registry account page instead?

Yes I think that would be nice. Should I just add that into this task or do you think that should be separate?
