Clarity in README.md #1

Paragraph 3 - “As part of the the Indiana training program in public and population health informatics, we created excercise sets which focus on these two related but distinct use cases of electronic health data.”.

I can’t quite figure out what the two use cases are. I see syndromic surveillance, but not anything else.

The two uses cases refers to the first two exercise sets. The readme clarifies that now.

To clarify the two use cases are 1) The Type 2 Diabetes analysis which uses EHR data, and 2) They syndromic surveillance analysis which also uses EHR data.
