Failure to find ws.regga:swagger-codegen-slate:jar:1.0.0 #2

When I attempt to use the sample Maven configuration I get:

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal io.swagger:swagger-codegen-maven-plugin:2.2.2:generate (default) on project kagura-lambda-component: Execution default of goal io.swagger:swagger-codegen-maven-plugin:2.2.2:generate failed: Plugin io.swagger:swagger-codegen-maven-plugin:2.2.2 or one of its dependencies could not be resolved: Failure to find ws.regga:swagger-codegen-slate:jar:1.0.0 in https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2 was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced -> [Help 1]
