Need standardization for Argentina provinces.

Santiago Del Estero and Tierra del Fuego both have the word del one is uppercased and the other is lowercased.

Facturante has "Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires” but Shopify has “Buenos Aires City”
In Shopify “Chobut” should be spelled “Chubut”

Was fixed by Shopify.
