Many areas of silvertrout needs improved commenting. This needs to be fixed.

Still a big problem, lack of documentation!!!!!!!!!! I've looked through the 
source for hours and at the comments. He's not responding to commands in a pm 
or the channel.

We are trying to improve in this area. We'll be happy to help you. Either post 
your debug log and what you are trying to do in a new ticket here or email me. 
There is some spare documentation in the wiki 
http://code.google.com/p/silvertrout/wiki/Install?tm=6 and some in the README 
file.

Thank you. I did notice the wiki was improving. I guess that I'm not really 
sure the bot was not responding to commands because I needed to know more about 
how to use it, or it was bugged (at least for the Freenode network). Please see 
my newest issue report.
