Quizmaster improvments (small stuffs)

Add the following features to quizmaster:

* Report bad questions (need numbering of questions or sim. then code
!report and add it to help). Should report errors to admins / file.

* Split !top and !stats. Top should show the top list and stat should show
all info. Score, position, trophys, etc. 

* Change !listtrophies to !trophy

* Load questions at start (then iterate through them). Also, better error
reporting on failing syntax error.

* Tutorial for creating questions. Put on wiki here and in a file.

* Trophy type / description somewhere?
