TitleGiver failed on fetching title #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?

2. TitleGiver will not print title

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Should print the title (Ökat förtroende för Wetterstrand)

TitleGiver's link-parser does not support , or \. So TitleGiver only see parts 
of the 
link, fetching the title for a page that does not exist.

Fixed, but should we allow , and \ in url:s? What issues could occure?
