Improve quizmaster #7

Improve quizmaster with:
  - Better blanking routines
  - Better stats, like stats for categories / person
  - Let user report failing questions
  - Let user add new questions (for review)
  - Better help system (might be more suitable on a more global stage?)
  - Different types of questions?
    - quoice question - one answer only, no hints?
    - yes / no        - only one answer, no hints?
  - Select category / categories at start (!start cat1, cat2, etc)
    - Should not enable exploiting of points, only for practising
  - Team up: create teams and play!
    - Top teams  
    - statistics

Also:

Different type of questions:
 * List answer (list three / all of a list of answers).. should check words in answer

Levenstein distance might be fun to work in at some point -

Different amount of score awarder for different questions

The quiz rewrite is almost complete. All questions are converted to the new 
format.
However some of them could need a rewrite to better fit the new system. Also, 
there
are a few bugs left preventing the quiz from working as expected.
